Geocache Description:

You’re driving along a road between El Paso, Texas and Dallas, Texas … it has been a long time - a very long time since you’ve seen a curve in the road … you wonder, then you scream --- YOU’VE ENTERED THE TWILIGHT ZONE!

So how ‘bout that Interstate System? Wanna read more about it? You have plenty of time, especially between El Paso and Midland – not much to look at … click here for the history of our Interstate system, it really is kind of interesting

OH BUT WAIT… we’re talking about breaking up that very, very, very, very looooonnnnnng drive, well check it out, nice little Park-n-Grab, we’ll okay some folks may be challenged, but I doubt it! Also, if you feel the need to run in the sand and be sandy for the rest of your trip visit Monahans Sandhills State Park, shall we say….in the general area? $2.00/per person for entry fee. Check it Out!

THE CACHE: Jelly Jar – with log and goodies. MAPQUEST SHOWS THIS OVER THE RAILROAD TRACKS, I CAN ASSURE YOU IT IS NOT .... DON'T CROSS 'EM, PLEASE! 3/14/04: OH! Well if you are staying IN the park you do have to cross them, please use the crossing at the park entrance AND MOMMY SAYS: Listen and look both ways!
