Off a level well-marked gravel trail in Guadalupe State Park. About 800 feet from the day use picnic area above the Guadalupe River. Altitude 1040'.
Please remember that unless you are a Texas State Park Pass holder, there is an entry fee to the park. Guadalupe River State Park is a popular place on warm weekends. Be prepared to encounter hiker/biker/horseback rider traffic and bring a suit and a toob for yourself.
