This cache is just off a section of the Ozark Highlands Trail.
This cache is one of many on the Ozark Highlands Trail. The shortest way to get to this area is from Highway 215. At N 53 40.527 W 093 40.937 turn north, this is a good gravel road for several miles. You will reach the top of the mountain at N 35 41.380 W 093 40.707. If you are not a serious 4 wheel drive person you want to park here. I like the drive further on, most stock 4 wheel drives will make it. Continue down the road. You will intersect the Trail at N 35 41.951 W 093 40.452. Now you have a easy hike for about a mile. This is a wonderful area. I have been bringing friends here for years. The cache has lots of goodies.
