Lake Muir Observatory carpark.
Proceed along Muir Highway between Manjimup and Mount Barker. Look for sign that says "Lake Muir Observatory" and turn into carpark. Cache is a plastic container. I have left a CD of waypoint data, a notebook, pencil and other small items. It used to be hidden in the weathered out trunk of a tree, about 2 metres up. The tree is no longer there. It is now been moved to underneath the the boardwalk.
