After being a member of geocaching.com for two plus years I finally decided to set my own cache for my fellow geocachers to find. It is a small clear lock & lock plastic container. The cache is located in Rainbow Valley Park just north of the Whitemud freeway. You can park at the following coordinates N 53 28.903 W 113 33.191. The cache is not far from the Snow Valley Ski hill.
When planted the cache contained the following items.
Log book
Mechanical pencil
Free Snow Valley Ski passes (x2)
New Orleans beads
Letter opener
Lapel pin
Key fob flashlight
Pen-on-a-rope
Post-it notes
Jack in the Box Antenna ball
As this is a very small container please only place small items in the cache. As always try to avoid food (both human and animal) as well as any scented items.
