This is a cache hid IN the Briggs-Lawrence Library. So you will have to go on normal library hours. This cache was hid with permission of one of managers.
The posted coordinates will get you to the front door. From there you will need to find the room named for "one of Lawrence County, Ohio's most beloved and dedicated genealogist". No books can be checked out of this room.
Once you're there, find the U.S. State Resources shelves and instead of looking for a cache in a hollow tree trunk here, look for another kind of "trunk".
