Paved road with dirt area to park. Not much walking needed to find this cache.
Behind the big dirt hill to the west is the side of the dump. That is what the bad smell is. To the east behind the fence you can often watch RC planes flying when the weather is good (no wind).
You are looking for a small plastic food container Painted mostly black with a log book and some small things.
