Mammoth Cam
1. Once at the location call a friend and have them go to the Mammoth Mountain Main Lodge Cam at http://www.mammothmountain.com/winter/ski-ride/mountain-information/cams/main-lodge-cam
2. Your friend may need to wait 30 seconds to a minute to get control of the webcam. Once the indicator below the webcam picture turns GREEN you will have control. Now select from the pull down menu "Sun Deck". The cam has a powerful zoom lens so please use it.
3. Once your friend has you on the cam have them hit the Snap button. On the resulting image he or she can then right click and "save as".
4. All you need to do now is log your visit with your image and you are done.
NOTE: Cell coverage is poor at best up here. There is a payphone nearby. You're a geocacher. Find it. Selfie photos with your cellphone will NOT be accepted.
