Ready, Set, Go? Traditional Cache

This should be a relatively easy find for most. This commercially zoned property began development some 3 years ago. Reasons to many to list here have caused the development to proceed at a very sloooooow pace. It reminds me of the tortoise & hare race. It will get to the finish line some day.
Container is medium size with special cammo, but will not accommodate large items.
Please try to replace the cache in the same manner in which you found it so the next cacher will have the same challenge. We also ask that you be careful in logging this find so your comments will not give clues to future cachers.
While here, do not overlook the close proximity of 2 other caches very close by. They are Whooo Pig Soooie & Friday Night Fever.
