First-time Fever Traditional Cache
Bram: I went out with the scouts on Monday night to do some maintenance on the cache and found that it was no longer there. Somehow the Niks Nest cache turned up there instead. I'm disabling the cache at this time and I've advised the owner of Niks Nest of the new coords of his cache.
Thanks for everyone who visited the cache while it was active. It was a great experience for the scouts and we'll probably put out another one sometime this winter.

Not far off the NCC trail north of the road. A nice easy walk in all weather conditions.
The cache is in a medium sized plastic container with a secured lid. Please make sure the lid is locked in place when you put it back, it's a bit tricky.
Since this cache was placed by the Stittsville Scouts, it has quite a bit of scouting related things in it, camp blanket badges, some old program badges, etc. There are also a few other things like keychains, a colouring book, small toys, a Clifford the Big Red Dog bank, etc., you know, the usual stuff.
The hiding place is not hard to find, but it is not obvious either. We challenge other scout groups in the area to come and find it. Of course, anyone who would like to visit the cache is welcome. It's a nice area to hike in, but watch out for the skiers in the winter.
