Alan2: Too much poison ivy and it's old enough to retire. Thanks everyone for your support.

Encompassing 358 acres, Cunningham offers recreation seekers: tennis, baseball, bocci, picnic areas, playgrounds, a concert oval, annual performances by the Big Apple Circus and a playschool/summer camp program run by the Parks Department. And a walk in the woods. No fee to enter park. Non-NYC residents welcome! This is the second cache in my Cunningham Park series.

Park Phone: 718.740.1999

Do NOT enter the park by the police headquarter's exit off the Grand Central Parkway westbound - that's illegal.

Cache is a small Rubbermaid container. Snow accessible.

Please be sure to re-hide COMPLETELY as the area is frequented by dog walkers daily, even in the winter.
