Hurricane Ivan caused some major flooding in the area of the original cache. In fact I was surprised after surveying the area that I was able to find the cache container. The original log sheet was not damaged as it was sealed tight in its ziplock bag. I have replaced the original container with an ammo box. It has been hidden in a new location. The terrain gets rougher in the summer months. The cache cannot be reached from the interstate or the access road so do not even think of going that route. Enjoy.
