Located on the old Fort McClellan site, roughly ¼ mile behind the PX. The cemetery is on St. Clare road, just down from where St. Clare intersects Lenox Avenue. Arris Construction Company is across the street. Road leading up to the cemetery is not paved, but in very good shape.
Soldiers and their families that were stationed at Ft. McClellan used this pet cemetery for years. It is still in good shape, and according to the sign, it is still maintained. The cemetery is not hard to find, but is off the road about 50 yards, and you could drive right by it if you aren’t careful.
