This cache has been archived.

IgnotusPeverell: Greetings. I'm IgnotusPeverell, one of the volunteer reviewers for geocaches submitted to Geocaching.com.

I can't find any recent responses from pudentane about maintaining this cache which makes it appear they are either unwilling or unable to maintain this geocache. Cache maintenance includes: replacing broken or missing containers, replacing full or wet logs, updating any changes to the text, updating coordinates, removing the needs maintenance attributes, enabling the listing, and more. Check out all of a geocache owner's responsibilities here. This cache is being archived, and removed from the active cache listings.

"If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived."

Geocache Description:

Update 6-19-5. While geocaching in the area I checked on this one. Someone had placed the container in a plastic bag and put a golf ball in the bag and replaced the cache in a manner that was not how it should have been. Please, this cache container is meant to blend in with the surroundings, DO NOT alter it, do not place it in plastic bags and replace it as it was found. It should NOT be in plain view.
A new trail up-grade was made this past fall for the east side access (the quick way to the cache, hint hint!) A VERY NICE improvement for the area. So if you approach from the east, look for the existing open space trail sign and then walk south about 10 feet or so and you will see the new access.
Depending on where you park (As there are MANY ways to access this area), you could have a very short hike or a not so short hike. Either way it's one to KNOCK-OFF quickly while doing others. As with my KNOCK-OFF #1 and 2 it's a knock-off of another cachers idea. Again, I've used the rating system here which gives me a 2.5, my own personal take on the terrain is a 1 though, very easy. Close to the trail and should be easy to find.
