This cache is only 2.7 miles North of Interstate 30, and only 3.5 miles West of Arkansas. A great place to take a cache break when traveling through Texarkana. The park is open from sunrise to sunset.
The cache is located at the Texarkana Bringle Lake Regional Park. The park has restrooms, boat ramp, fishing, tennis, basketball, playground, nature trail and horseshoes. The ragged appearance of the forest is due to the great Christmas Ice Storm of 2000.
This is a theme cache welcoming everyone to Texas. The cache is stocked with Texas souvenirs hidden in an ammo box. If you have items from other states, trade them. If not, trade whatcha got. Take exit 220B (Richmond Road) and go North.
