This is a nicely designed park. During the summer, you can attend free concerts in the mini-amphitheater here. The first part of the trail is paved, but after that it can be muddy in spots. The trail closed sign just means that the city isn't maintaining the trail anymore. Step carefully, there are some fallen trees and a very obviously damaged footbridge.
Cache is a medium sized lock-n-lock. Please be careful to cover it well!!
There are a lot of geo-muggles here, so be discreet and re-hide the cache well.
