Located in Mission Bay Park, this cache is an Altoids tin painted flat black (hence the name) on level terrain close to parking.
This should be an easy find. You're looking for a blackened Altoids tin. Muggles abound but, with the right approach, they'll pay no attention to you.
While you're here, take the time to relax, stroll along the shore of Mission Bay, check out the nearby visitor center (now closed, sorry), & just enjoy the day.
