Geocache Description:

New note: The IMA now charges to park in the main lot. You can park in the green house lot for free. Or, going westbound on 38th St, pass the main entrance for the IMA and take the first right, onto the White River Pkwy ramp. There is a parking area at the bottom of the loop, with a swoopy art installation. Parking there is free but be sure to lock your car and not leave anything in sight. Break-ins have happened here.

This recently acquired property adds 100 acres of virgin White River wetlands, woods and meadows to the Indianapolis Museum of Art grounds.

This cache is placed with the kind permission of the grounds supervisor. For the full experience, you should park in the main IMA lot. Walk the lovely gardens, visit the greenhouse and the Lilly House and of course, the museum. Seek the other cache that is hidden in the gardens, Monet’s Montage.

The cache is a Coleman thermos. It is well hidden. Golden Great Blue Heron with dinner
