Pandy Panderson was the first travel bug that I released. In 2003 he stopped over at Bernie's Bug Bungalow (GCE103) in East San Diego County and was destroyed in the Cedar Creek Fire. The Pandy Panderson Memorial Cache is for other travel bugs to stop and pay their respects.
Park at or near the coordinates above. Look around until you find the soccer mom. Find out when she got there. Take the number she gives you and subtract 949 (xxxx - 949). Subtract that from the West Coordinate.
The soccer mom has her daughter with her. Find out the daughter's favorite number. Mulitply that number by 200 and add 2.((Z * 200)+ 2). Subtract that from the North Coordinate.
