Orginally part of a WW II training ground and latter an Air Force base, Adair County Park is one of the largest parks in Benton County. But many in near by Corvallis have never heard of it. A nice place for a family reunion picnic. Have a volleyball game, some tennis, a hike, some play time in the playground, a chance to exercise the dawgs, or take in a baseball game played by the nearby Santiam Christian Baseball team. There is even a RC Airplane field next door. A nine hole Frisbee Golf course is in the park so bring a disk. A fun place to spend the afternoon. If you decide to do some push ups, sit ups and curl ups your goal will be nearby!
Sept 07 - The cache was muggled a few months ago so watch out for them. The cache has been replaced with a new one. There are plenty about playing disc golf but you should have no problem using a little caution. There is also a bit of poison oak in the vincinity but none near the cache.
