This park is a Chula Vista treasure. It has great views of the San Diego Bay, Coronado Island, Coronado Bay Bridge, Silver Strand, and if you happen to get lucky, a few warships.
The cache is hidden under some rocks. No heavy lifting required (hint!!!). Be sure to re-hide it in the same orientation that you found it. You'll see why when you find it.
This park is closed to vehicle traffic from 10:30 pm to 6:00am. It is still accessible at night but you will need to park roughly about ¼ of mile away in the nearby restaurant parking lot. This park is one of my favorites in San Diego. I hope you enjoy it.
Bring gloves as you will need them to reach between rocks to grab it. Also, take a look at the photo files for the latest cache location within these rocks. You'll be happy you did!!
