This multi-cache is placed with permission in the Laurie City
Park (also known as the Hillbilly Fairgrounds). In order to gauge
the geographical impact of geocaching, the City of Laurie
encourages you to post your city and state in the log book and on
this website.
The above coordinates will get you to the park. Drive there by
taking Fairgrounds Drive (near Dollar General). Once in the park,
go to the "Parks and Events Office" and get directions to the
cache. You do not need a human to obtain the directions.
The cache is a blackened food storage container.

We hope you enjoy the park. It’s very kid friendly and has a
nice playground. The City of Laurie advises that you shall be
responsible for any parking or admission charges to the park during
a scheduled event when such charges are in effect. Caching’s
off limits during the Hillbilly Fair and we’ll post a
reminder just prior to that weekend.
