Cache is near the Cowan Civic Center, and close to the parking area.
The late Kenneth Cowan was the Mayor who's idea inspired the Cowan Civic Center. It opened in 1998 and can be used for many types of activities from confrences to sports. The recreational areas are open to visiters, so stop by when you're in town and see why the Cowan Civic Center is the pride of Lebanon. The cache is in an ammo box and the original contents are: a stick-em ball, a Mr. Potato Head key chain, a poncho, a glow braclet, and a flashlight.
