This cache is located on the ground of the J.B. Hunt park that is located on the north side of Springdale. This 105 acre park was opened in 2001. It is a popular place in the summer as it is home to several lighted softball fields.
Among the features of this park is a non-paved jogging trail. You will find the cache not too far off of this trail. The container is rather small, but not quite micro. It is a 3" x 5" x 3/4" metal container that was used to hold playing cards. I think I have hidden it pretty well, though.
This cache does have a theme to it. I have stocked the cache with money related items, and I would ask that you trade similar items into the cache. Among the original contents:
- $1,000,000 bill
- Japanese war note
- Sacajawea dollar
- assorted pre-Euro German money
- assorted post-Euro German money
- Wheat pennies
Please make sure that you close the container all of the way. You will have to lay the coins flat to do so. I hope you all enjoy my first cache.
