You might be able to drive closer than we did to this cache. In our minivan, we got about .2 miles from the cache site. If you can drive further along, you can get within feet of the cache.
The container is a Tupperware type with a blue and clear lid.
We saw some possible "squatters" (you know, permanent campers) nearby, hence the name of this cache.
The cache is not located on the White Tank park grounds.
