Another in our Because It's There series.
Several years ago this was a wild area (or weeds if that's how
you view the world). In the distance on your left is the location
of the nation's favorite agency for April. In front of you is a
(somewhat) mysterious building with two perimeter fences that both
have gates requiring cards for access. There is rarely any activity
noted around this one, so you can speculate wildly on what it's
for. No identification on the building but a flag is always out and
both gates normally locked. If you see men in dark glasses and
suits, say nothing, admit nothing and hope they ignore you. If the
time is right or you're just plum hungry, you can join Dave for
some good food. And, yes, codgers pass by frequently.
