The cache is located in Veteran's Memorial Park on Brickyard
Pond. This is a popular fishing, kayaking, and canoeing spot, and a
great place to have a picnic or walk the dog. You can park quite
close to the cache (when the park road is open), but I like to park
at the pond and take the side trail in. I have seen swans, a
falcon, a red-tail hawk, egrets, and a Great Blue Heron on this
short side trail.
Cache is a rubbermaid-type container with a blue lid, placed
close to a trail. There are downed trees in the area, watch your
step. Please be sure to replace lid tightly and cover cache well -
there is plenty of natural camo around, and cache should be
invisible to muggles. Thanks!
