Tribute to Falling Water Falls Traditional Cache

Located along the Mabbitt Springs trail, which is a very nice trail on Signal Mountain/Walden Ridge.
The first part of the Mabbitt Springs trail is very enjoyable, with a walk along the cascading Little Falling Water Creek. Several small waterfalls set against a lush backdrop, as well as a small stone bridge await the hiker here. The rest of the hike up to the geocache goes through beautiful forestlands, with Little Falling Water creek usually within earshot; several small creek crossings keep things interesting.
Beautiful overlooks of Falling Water Gorge, Falling Water Falls (110'), and another unnamed falls are possible along this trail as well, past the location of the geocache.
Parking coordinates for the Mabbitt Springs trailhead:
N35 10.121, W85 18.199
The walk from this trailhead to the geocache is approximately 2.3 miles. The cache is located less than ten feet off of the trail, so please stay on the trail itself while looking for the geocache. The location should be obvious.
The cache is a medium sized ammo box.
Update: alternate parking coordinates are N35 11.275, W85 16.933. This will put you within about 0.2 miles of the cache. PLEASE NOTE that this might not be a good trail for children, due to the proximity of the cliff at Falling Water Falls, and due to the difficulty of fording Little Falling Water Creek and the slopes that must be traversed in that locality. That having been said, I was able to take my three and five year old that way with some patience. However, please be careful!!! NOTE that if you use this access, Little Falling Water Creek might not be fordable at all if it has rained heavily recently.
