A small white container well hidden in a rocky depression
within view of Manchester, Bolton, Preston and Birmingham.
Parking is available at various points but no actual car parks. One convenient point is at N53 24.814 W002 43.632
Please note that a couple of cachers have taken the route along the motorway which can be noisy and unpleasant. It is far nicer to use the recommended parking spot and follow well made paths through the park.
