Geocache Description:

You’ll be looking for a small camo covered container approx 4x8x4

Welcome to the Great outdoors! Hope you have fun finding this one. It is quite a walk to the location. Eat breakfast and bring your lunch along for the hike. Take your time, don’t over do it! It may take you a couple of hours to get in and out...

This cache is located at Buffalo Mountain Park in Johnson City. The park has over 15 miles of hiking trails. Several trails in the park lead to the Tip Top summit area (3300 ft) and traverse the ridge to White Rocks, (3200' elev) with views into VA and NC. The cache is located at a height of approximately (3135 ft).

The park closes at dark.

All trails within the park are foot travel only, although a gravel road exists for mountain bikers. Some of the trails are lung busters, but all are short (4.2 miles or less) If you still haven’t had enough exercise for the day after finding this one, go do it again...

There are some beautiful views from here, but remember to use CAUTION on these rocks! (especially when wet)

Also remember to hide it back as good as you found it.
