Parking is no longer available on Powers Road. There is parking on Freeman Road. With the changing of the trails some areas have been left to grow, including the trails leading to this cache. It's still obtainable, but the rating has been raised to reflect the changing landscape. Have fun!
Cache container is a small ammo box. ~ Critter-proof! ~~~ But not fire-proof! This area has undergone a spring controlled burn. The burned box remains with a few of its charred contents (because they match the condition of the box), along with a new log book and contents. This box will continue to serve its purpose, as long as it proves weather-worthy.
