The SuzyQs: Archiving this as it seams that there is a property owner debate as to who actually owns this piece of land. So until the debate is over, I am archiving this.

Geocache Description:

Standard 35MM Film container in an odd area.

Today, while working I drove thru this parking lot and noticed something Very Unusual... A Snow Pile. Being from New York, these are few and far between here in Florida, but not more than 100 feet from the snow pile was a Palm Tree. Now this is the best of both worlds. Palm Trees and Snow. I can not guarantee that the snow will stay there year round, but if you go for this cache at the right time, snow will be there.
