Geocache Description:

There is only one solution for a cache-less town and that is to put one there yourself! I would have chosen one of the many parks or attractions in the area but I am not from around here. The locals will know more and have better places. This location has 2 purposes, 1) encourage a friend to do a little geocaching and 2) let you know about the world of OSU Extension.

Very near the cache site you will see a set of windows. Wave to the guy inside the last window to the east before you hunt so he can see what you are up to. This should peak his curiosity enough to try and figure out what is going on. Finding the cache will be very easy. It is just a clear Tupperware-like container with a blue lid.

Oregon State University has what you might consider a branch location in most every county in Oregon. There is a ton of information you can get at each one of these. Stop and see what they might be able to do for you. The Yamhill County Extension Service is here to serve the citizens of Yamhill County, providing knowledge from universities nationwide. Our services include: advice for farmers, foresters and orchard operators, answers for home gardeners and professional horticulturalists, youth and family programs, including 4-H and food safety support.
