Take the Fossil Falls exit from Hwy 395
Here’s an easy one, in case anyone gets skunked by the other two caches in the area. Follow the road past the Fossil Falls entrance, and keep going past the rock mill. An off-road type vehicle is recommended, but cars will be able to get to the cache. The road is rough in spots, and wet now and then. Stay off the ‘dry’ lakebeds without 4x4, there is a good road the whole way – no reason to boondock unless you want to. Please remember to look where you walk and reach; some of the critters around here bite!
