Take 95 south from Quartzsite approximately 8 miles to the Power Line/Pipeline road, turn right (can’t miss it, road about a .1 mile from the power lines crossing 95). Continue on the power line road approximately 7.5 miles, look for mine tailings and a large saguarao on your left, there is a small road turning right about .1 mile further along. Park near the wash and look down, you’ll see some exposed bedrock across the wash. There you will find the human footprint in the rock. Someone painted blue dots above and on either side but they are quite faded. The cache is within 81 feet of where you are standing. It is an ammo box with red side, yellow top and stickers on either side.
Be careful, this is mining country, there are some open mines about, especially near the parking area of this cache.
