It's a nice but sad tale…
It begins in December of 2002 with the quest of a plump and lonely plastic thingy named Mamma Cache (or MC). Coming from the far reaches of the unknown, MC darted around aimlessly for want of a perfect place to unleash its inner-cargo. This heartwarming journey finally ended when the gas ran out, the rain was pelting, and the nearest shelter to be had was a not-so-obvious corner underneath that of a footpath bridge. Good enough. During the next few months, MC would notice strange beings periodically wandering, stumbling, and poking around for no obvious reason. When they disappeared, so did some of MC's cargo. Good enough. The glory days were not meant to last, though. On one particular day, while watching the approach of yet another strange being, MC noticed something frighteningly different. And, MC was never to be seen again…
What happened to all of MC's cargo?
On the internet, various stories and adventures about the cargo have been and continue to be written. Much of that cargo still exists and carries on the memory of Mamma Cache, but not all. In January of 2003, two unique members of MC's cargo were delivered to the world and began their own journey. Siamese Twins (or ST) was born innocently and with a harmless name worthy of its unique condition. In April of 2003, the winds of fate eventually blew ST to a location where the serenity and beautiful view would seemingly inject the cure sought by all who visit. As ST settled into what was hoped to be a long and wonderful life, it began experiencing visits by strange beings somewhat similar to those MC used to see. On one particular day in May of 2003, while watching the approach of yet another strange being, ST noticed something frighteningly different. There was a piercing noise roaring from the metal-wielding limbs of the strange being. The tree ST called home, as well as ST, was never to be seen alive again…
So, now what?
Well, ST's former life is over. But, you and other strange beings can pay your respects to the short life and legacy of ST with a visit to Siamese Twin's Tomb...
