Located on a hill in the desert.
The terrain is first desert floor, then a good trail that gets steep and rocky as you ascend. Approaching the cache it is a rock hopping hike. This isn't a hike for very small kids but most fit adults shouldn't have trouble But watch out for tippy rocks, I took a nasty fall. Being desert country the usual precautions apply such as carry lots of water, watch out for venomous creatures and avoid this spot in the heat of summer. Note the sleeping circles near the cache.
