A 1/2 mile hike into this beautiful area will lead you to this cache.
This area was originally given to Indian Chief Sha-wa-nas-see in the early 1800's. After the Chiefs death, the land became public. There's lots of hills and trails, with mud in the Spring and Mosquitoes in the Summer, but the area is really beautiful with rivers, rocks, ponds and trees. Bicycles are not allowed but K9's are OK. Suggested parking is at N41 13.260, W087 58.440, but there are other parking areas South of the cache. You shouldn't have to cross any fences to get to the cache. Fences are along private land that is adjacent to the public area.
