Geocache Description:

Yet another MICRO-Cache (number three [:)] located near the heart of Billville.

Please take care to avoid the geo-muggles that abound in this area. While most parking can be problematic in this part of town, there is a brand new facility just opening at:
N 37° 16.383 W 076° 42.359 (WGS84)

Parking the first month was free, now with $1.00 per hour rate.

The initial coordinates above will get you to a replica time-telling instrument – please ignore the gnomon and a longitude error on an upper plate. Derive the following answers from the two plaques beside the base. This instrument originally “stood in front of the President’s house from
__ __ __ __ until … “
A B C D

From the other plaque, find the odd number of additional minutes you would need to add to your reading for a date adjustment for July 31st =
__ __
E F

Adjust the initial coordinates to find the Luminous Limpet. To find the new latitude, Subtract C from A and enter that number in the equation as G below.
H = D.
E+D+C = I.

For adjusted longitude, J = A+C.
K = D+F - E.
L = F + A + C.

N 37° 16.146
+ .GHI

W 076° 42.952
- .JKL

This micro is just barely big enough for the log page, so, not much room for any exchanges here. There is one new Jamestown Quarter for the First Finder - but that is about all the space that was available. There is a waterproof log, but you definitely will need to bring your own writing implement. If you find it, please return it to the same spot so others will have the same challenge.
Thanks, JK-n-VA
