Hootie's Hideaway
Hootie's Hideaway is our memorial to the wonderful cat the family enjoyed for over 10 years. Although we recently lost Hootie, he will always be loved and rememberd as the big gentle cat that played with butterflies without hurting them. He was a loving and gentle friend. Hootie's Hideaway is a two level multi-cache. First stage - look for a small container with the coordinates close to ground. Please be sure to cover this cache well when leaving as it is very close to the trail. The second level of Hootie's Hideaway is a very picturesque area of the Piedmont Trail. From the cache site you have a view of the beautiful homes in the area as well as great views of Lake Brandt.
