Geocache Description:

Located along the initial part of Mabbitt Springs trail, which is a very nice trail on Signal Mountain/Walden Ridge.

The first part of the Mabbitt Springs trail is very enjoyable, with a walk along the cascading Little Falling Water Creek. Several small waterfalls set against a lush backdrop, as well as a small stone bridge await the hiker here.

There are items in the cache for Big Folks, but this cache is primarily intended as a short hike for the kids to trade out toys. The little ones will also enjoy all of the small waterfalls in the area. NOTE that the trail can be muddy a few days after any rainfall, so be prepared appropriately.

One can continue along the Mabbitt Springs trail to the top of Falling Water Falls (110'), which is my favorite waterfall in this area.

N35 10.121, W85 18.199

The walk from the trailhead to the cache is approximately 0.16 miles. The cache is a medium sized ammo box.
