The Two Towers - May the Adventures Begin Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Doug and the Blonds: Greetings from Doug and the Blonds,
The property that the two towers sits on is under new ownership. For a while they have allowed us to keep the cache in place with the promis that "geocachers were good people that did not damage or distroy the area". However, it has been hard for them to tell the "other players" in the area that we can come in but they (Paintball players) can not. So they have requested that we take the cache down.

This was a great Science Fair project! We are now looking for a good place to hide the next Cache!

Geocache Description:

Welcome to the blonds 2004-2005 science fair project! This is a regular 60mm Ammo box. The Blonds are demonstrating how the National GPS system works using the Geocaching hobby as a tool. This cache is in a rough terrain and heavy use area. (Paintballs everywhere) We have hidden the box carefully as to not bring unwanted attention to the cache. PLEASE use meticulous care in returning it to hiding. We will be using the Log and contents for display in the Science Fair in Feb. 2005. Thank you for your help and participation in this fun project.

Well, it's the night of the science fair and we're back up and going. Out of 57 total points, she averaged 53 points and earned a plaque to show for her work. Thanks to all that helped with this project!
