This cache is at the Halibut State Park at Halibut Point on the Northen Tip of Rockport, MA.
Cache is a small clear Snapware 32 ounce plastic container (8"W * 6"D * 3"H sandwich box) with a logbook, camera, and a few trinkets. Feel free to bring and leave a few trinkets of your own when you visit the cache, but remember the cache container is fairly small.
Please take a picture of yourself and your party with the camera (if it's there), sign the guestbook, and put it back so the next person can find it. Be sure to close it up tight and latch it so the critters and weather doesn't get in.
Then log your visit to the cache on the geocaching site and add a few comments so we know you were there.
Halibut Point is an excellent spot for an full-day adventure, and be sure to stop by the big white look-out tower and visitors center in the middle of the park. The views of the old quarry, and the ocean are stunning.
After Memorial Day the park does charge a nominal fee to park, but it's worth the trip. Bring along a picnic lunch and enjoy yourself at the park.
