This is an easy one the kids should enjoy. The area can get muddy, but while the nearby Oregon Trail was nearly impassable due to mud, this was dry.
This cache is to say thanks to all of you who have done caches for kids. This should be a great one for the whole family, and is only a few hundred yards away from the monument. Here's a great chance for the kids to learn some Idaho history, see a gorgeous view and get out of the house! Take I-84 east of Boise to Black's Creek Road and follow the signs to Bonneville Point. A good starting point is the north end of the parking lot. The cache was originally stocked with colored chalk, a jump rope, a toy car, two bags of marbles, and a gumby bendable thingie.
