This cache is Located in a old Church, which has now been converted to a Museum.
Located in downtown Independence In a Old church that has now been converted to a Museum. When you get there you will need to find a Muggle who works there an say the magic words "Westward Ho' The Wagons, Ye Haw" this will force the Muggle to locate the cache for you and let you Sign in and trade items if you want. This is an outing for the whole family that is meant to give you a little history of the the town of Independence and the lives of the Pioneers that 1st Homesteaded here in the Willamette valley. While you are here, take some time and wander around around the Museum looking at the History and Items that has shaped our lives today. You will need to plan your visit here as they are only open to the public on Wed 1-5 pm, Thurs 1-4pm, Friday 1-4 pm and Saturday 1-5pm. The cache has items that are meant mainly for kids (kids dont necessarily enjoy history) So if possible make your trades based upon this. The original contents are Travel game chutes and ladders, A deck of Kids playing cards, A small etch a sketch (too cute), An airplane, A punch ball, a set of jacks, a box of Lego's and a $1,000,000 dollar bill, also will drop a TB off to start his adventures from here.
