This is a Kid-Designed, Community-Built, One-of-a-kind playground! The Burley City Dream Playground has been designed by and for our kids. Construction started on Tuesday May 13, 2003 and ended on Saturday May 17, 2003 through the efforts of more than 400 volunteers, ranging in age from 10-91.
Inside the park, they could be a princess in castle; a Regatta racer on the mighty Snake; Old McDonald down on his farm; a paleontologist looking for dinosaurs; a knight fighting dragons, or just a kid, loving the dozens of exciting features of the playground.
This is a favorite spot for our son to come and play. So bring the kids or a picnic and have fun exploring! The construction and workmanship is amazing, something you need to see to believe.
