Geocache Description:

The Caching Karma Stick is coming home. Yep, at this event it finally ends it's journey and is passed to it's owners. So, to celebrate we are going try to bring as much Karma to the stick as possible!!!

All are invited...
A matter of fact I hope anybody who hasn't been able to take part in the adventure or just wants to chill out with other geocachers swings out. So, who is coming so far?

Date and Time?
May Day. May 1st @ 9am. Bring your hikers, a good spirit, cache swag and of course a few geocaching stories. If trail mix isn't coming out of our noses, we aren't having enough fun.

What the heck are we going to do?
Why cache of course! I, with the help of some good friends, have picked out 4 separate caches that should keep us busy. If enough people come, or everyone wants to spice things up a bit, we will have a few ideas to incorporate a game or two into hunts. There are other caches in the area, so if we finish early, we can always keep on hunting.

What caches are we going to hit?
We are all actually going to meet at "The Best of the Rest Cache". This is a multi cache that everyone should finish up and actually meet at the final stage. After that we will hunt down "Christmas Run Cache", "Wooster Memorial #1" and "The HardRun Cache". We have chosen these caches because they have a little harder rating than most. No 1/1 here :)

What if you found one of the 4 caches already?
I talked with all the cache owners. They were all kind enough to allow folks to claim these caches a 2nd time if you have already found them. Most said it was cool because it was part of an event. Wow, talk about good Karma!

What will we do after caching?
I say we go take part in the Cleveland Metroparks CITO day. We can cruise on up to the Hinkley or Brecksville reservations and help pick up some trash and do our part. Later that night we can all rest and chill out with everyone else at the CITO potluck. This will give me a chance to show off my new stick too :)

What else?
We may have a few suprises ready for everyone, then again we may not. Who is to say. This event should be casual, laid back, and mellow... You know, to allow everyone's Karma to converge.

UPDATE
For those of you traveling a long distance, we have booked a room at Amerihost on Friday night. Figured we would let the kids swim and have some fun. Please join us here and we can swap some war stories by the pool.

Timing!!! If you're not going to have time to do the first cache and want to meet us along the way, please call me on my cell that morning. Email me for my Cell #. We will make sure you catch up with everyone along the way.

Doing the first as a Group... Meet at the first location at 7am! From there, we will all take off together. We will hopefully be able to complete this in a couple of hours.

Meeting us at the 2nd cache... Meet at the 2nd cache between 9:30 & 10am.

Catching up with everyone afterwords... Most of us will be heading up to take part in the Cleveland Metroparks CITO event afterwords. If ever there was a park system to support... it is this one.
