BALLARD PARK is a 10-acre City of Melbourne community park located
directly on the Indian River less than 5 miles north of downtown
Melbourne. There are panoramic views of the Indian River and the
Eau Gallie River inlet and harbor. Majestic homes line the Eau
Gallie River to the north and sailboats of all sizes can be seen in
the harbor. The park features boat ramps, lighted tennis courts,
BBQ grills, a basketball court, picnic tables under covered
pavilions, a children's playground and clean restrooms. The park
offers something for everyone in the family, regardless of age and
is dog friendly. Please use stealth when accessing the cache and be
sure to hide the container back in its hiding place... covering it
well so that muggles don't find it. Please be careful of the
thorns! Have fun!
