We have a
botanical garden in my hometown. I grew up in Ojai which is a
very small town, consequently, so is the garden.
When I
heard that Santa Barbara had a botanical garden, I didn't really
know what to expect. I figured it must be nicer than Ojai's garden,
but I never expected what I discovered.
So, today,
as I wandered around the garden in amazement, I felt sort of
thankful for finding this place. I guess I felt a little thankful
for geocaching, Santa Barbara, and possibly a little thankful for
life itself. Okay, Okay, I realize that's kind of sappy, but what
can I say. I guess I'm a sap.
So when
you search for this cache, please take some extra time to wander
around this amazing and serene place. Sit on a bench, listen to the
creek, the birds, the wind. As you sign the log, be thankful that
