When I first visited the Canacadea State Forest about a year ago I was intrigued by this secluded valley. I knew that it would be a great place for a more difficult find, if you enjoy that kind of thing you will not be disappointed.
This is another cache that is out there! If you have visited my Rattlesnake Hill Geocache, or the Sonyea State Forest Geocache you have a good idea of what kind of hike is in store for you here. There are no trails, you can start from several locations, from what ever starting point be prepared!
My only purpose in placing this cache was to have a location that would challenge the cacher who enjoys the feeling of accomplishment from a more difficult find.
You are looking for a Tupperware like container that contains only a logbook. No need to put yourself in peril at the cache location, it will be at eye level without any climbing required. Please be sure to push down on all 4 corners and return it just as you found it.
ENJOY!! Be proud that you have been to and returned from the LOST LAND
